Terms and timetable
You create course levels, lessons and classes, for example Tailoring Beginner or Weekday Evening. You enroll students and their parents in these classes. You define terms and track the start and end date of each course separately. You set up the weekly timetable by instructor and lesson. If an instructor is assigned to two classes at the same time, you get a warning.
Attendance, exams and fees
You take attendance in the format you define yourself and produce absence reports. Exam results are visible per student. You can open the course fee in bulk by student, class or level, and record installments and payments.
When the course ends, you prepare participation or completion certificates with the document designer and get them as a bulk PDF. You inform students through announcements and events.
