Appointment Calendar

All appointments live in one calendar. Pick a day or a week and filter by staff member. Each staff member's color shows in the calendar too. It is designed for hair salons, beauty centers and aesthetic clinics.

What the calendar offers

• Conflict warnings: staff member is busy, chair or room is in use, outside working hours or on a holiday, staff member is on leave.
• Appointments with several services, an estimated end time, and search by appointment number.
• Statuses: pending approval, confirmed, arrived, no-show, canceled.
• Source: manual, online, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram or walk-in.
• "Mark busy time" to block the periods when a staff member is not available.
• A list of appointments awaiting approval, and a history of actions for every appointment.
• WhatsApp reminder: a chat opens with the client's number and a ready-made message, and you press the button to send it. It shows on pending and confirmed appointments.
• Turning an appointment into a bill.

When you click an empty slot, you choose the client and the services. If you enter a haircut and a blow-dry, the duration is calculated automatically. If there is a conflict, the system warns you and asks you to pick a suitable time. When the client arrives, you mark them as "arrived". When the service is done, you move from the same appointment to the bill.

In the appointment report you can also see the breakdown by status and source.
