Client Profile
A client's visit history, allergies, debt, before-and-after photos and preferences are all kept in one profile.
You save a client once. After that, you can see here what they had done, which staff member they prefer and whether they have allergies. The phone number is stored with its country code, as a single record.
What is on the profile
- Name, phone, email, birthday, preferences and a notes field.
- Allergy warning and tags (for example VIP). Whether they have agreed to marketing messages is noted here too.
- Balance (debt or credit), number of visits, total spending, last visit and most frequent service.
- Tabs: general, appointments, bills, sessions, before-and-after photos, surveys and points history.
Clients with a balance can be filtered in the list, and debt payments are collected from here. Notes such as a dye allergy or a preferred staff member always show on the profile. For salons with regular clients, photos and allergy notes are kept in the same place.
