Chairs and Rooms
Define your chairs and rooms. Calendar conflicts are checked against them, and you can tell them apart by color on the bill map.
Every chair or room used in the salon is defined here. You enter its name, type (chair or room), icon and, if you like, a default staff member.
The calendar's conflict check also takes chairs and rooms into account, and a warning appears if two appointments land on the same chair. On the bill map, you can right-click any chair to give it a color.
For example, you can use names like "Chair 1" or "Manicure room". In every salon that works by chair or room, the calendar and the bill map are used together.
