Online Booking
A booking page that never ties up your phone and stays open at night. You approve bookings, or turn on automatic approval.
Clients book their own appointments through a link on your website or Instagram. This page carries your salon's logo and can also be added to a phone like an app.
What the client does
- Chooses the service.
- Chooses the staff member, or says "no preference".
- Picks a suitable date and time; only free slots are shown.
- Enters their details and a security code, and gets the appointment number on screen and on their phone.
Afterward, the client can look up the appointment by its number or their phone number, cancel it from the link, or print it and save it as a PDF.
Your settings
- How early and how late an appointment can be booked.
- Automatic approval on or off. If it is off, the appointment goes to the awaiting-approval list, marked with a badge in the panel.
- The cancellation deadline.
- Which services are open to online booking, set per service.
It suits salons that spend a lot of time on the phone, and those that get clients from Instagram and Google. The page is protected against unwanted submissions.
