Cash Register and Expenses

Cash register movements come from bills, payment collections or manually entered records. Income and expenses are split into categories, and the cash in the register and the net amount are always visible.

Defined expenses

You define regular expenses such as rent and electricity once: a monthly, quarterly or yearly period and a payment day. The system tracks the days remaining and any delay. Upcoming due expenses are reminded on the dashboard and posted to the register with "record now". If the same expense is about to be recorded twice, a duplicate warning appears.

Staff salary, commission and advance payments are also made from this register. For salon owners and accounting staff, this is where you can see the monthly expense load at a glance.
