Bills and Cash Register
The client is in the chair and the bill is open. Add services and products, split the payment, close it. Any remaining debt goes to the client's account.
Bills appear on the salon map, so you can see at a glance which chair is occupied and which room is free. When a client sits down, you open the bill, services are added, and the cash register closes it at the end.
What you can do on a bill
- Search for a service or product, add it by barcode or from favorites, and apply a discount to a line.
- Each line shows the staff member who performed the service. For session-based services, the session number (such as 2/10) is shown.
- Subtotal, discount, tip (with the staff member it belongs to), grand total, and change.
- Split payment by cash, card, bank transfer and, if a client is selected, loyalty points. Charging the remaining amount to the client's debt.
- Canceling or reopening a bill, and printing a receipt.
- A list of closed bills.
Authorized users can drag chairs and rooms to change their layout on the map, give them colors, or duplicate them. The layout can be reset at any time.
For example, on an 800 ₺ bill with a 10% discount and a 50 ₺ tip, the amount due is calculated on screen. You can take 500 ₺ of it in cash and the rest by card. Tips and commissions are split by the staff member on each line.
