Services and Sessions

The price, duration and staff commission for every service you offer are kept here. You can group them into categories such as hair, skin care or nails, and drag them to reorder. You can also copy a service.

• Service code, duration, price, commission percentage, reward points and a favorite mark.
• An on or off choice for online booking, for each service.

For salons that sell packages, such as laser, treatments, skin and aesthetic work, you define a session-based service. The number of sessions can be from 2 to 50, and you enter the gap in days between sessions too. For example, 6 sessions, once a week.

Sessions are tracked automatically from the session lines on the bill and the intervals. The status of each session is set as done, in progress, scheduled or missed. Upcoming sessions appear on the dashboard and can also be followed from the client profile.
