Behavior Tracking
Record positive and negative behavior together with the action taken. It appears on the student's card and on the parent's page.
Each behavior record is kept with a student, a date and an action. Records are gathered on the student's card, and parents and students also see them on their own pages.
- Behavior actions are defined. Each action is either positive or negative: congratulation, commendation, warning or parent called, for example.
- A record includes the student, date, action and an optional description.
- The list can be filtered by date range and type, and exported to Excel.
- On the Behavior tab of the student's card, all records are in one place.
- Instructors see only the records of students in their own classes.
- The dashboard summarizes the number of positive and negative records.
- In the Behavior Actions definitions, add the actions and their types. For example "Helped a friend" is positive, "Was late to class" is negative.
- In New Behavior, choose the student, the action and the date.
- Write a description if needed and save.
- Choose the date range and export the list to Excel.
For schools and dormitories that track discipline and guidance. Records don't stay on scattered paper. When you meet with a parent, they are at hand with their dates.
