Education Management System
Meetings
Plan the meeting, add participants, and write agenda items and decisions. Print the minutes or save them as PDF.
You enter the meeting's subject, date and time. A meeting does not have to be tied to a class. The participant list can be filled from a class, and the minutes are prepared from the same record.
- Status: draft, upcoming, held or not held.
- Participants are added from the system. The students, parents and instructors of a selected class can be added in bulk.
- People attending from outside are added by name.
- Each participant is marked as attended or absent.
- Agenda items are written, along with the decision taken for each item.
- The minutes can be printed or saved as PDF.
- A new meeting is prepared quickly by copying an old one. Meetings appear in the calendar.

For institutions that hold parent meetings, teachers' board meetings and guidance meetings. You no longer write participant lists by hand or prepare the minutes from scratch.
