Classes and Courses

Open classes with capacity and grade level, and link instructors and topics to courses. Who is in which class and course is visible at a glance.

Classes and courses are linked to each other. You first open classes with a grade level and capacity, then add instructors and topics to courses. Occupancy is always visible. When capacity is full, no more students can be added.

Class and course cards

  • A class has a name, grade level, capacity, class instructor, guidance instructor and class representative.
  • Occupancy and the number of free places are shown in the list. Adding stops when capacity is full.
  • Students are added to a class in bulk. Former students stay in a separate list.
  • Instructors in a class are shown in two ways: those assigned directly and those coming from courses.
  • A course has a name, code, fee, capacity and the classes it applies to. If no class is chosen, the course applies to all classes.
  • More than one instructor can be assigned to a course, with one marked as the main instructor.
  • Student enrollment in a course is kept with an active or completed status.
  • Course topics are entered, each is marked as covered or not covered, and progress is shown.
  1. In the Grade Levels definitions, enter levels such as 9th grade and 10th grade.
  2. With New Class, set the class, its capacity and its instructors. For example 9-A, 30 students.
  3. With New Course, add the course, the classes it applies to and the instructors. For example Mathematics, 9th grades.
  4. Manage students and topics from the course's page.

For educational institutions with many classes and many courses. Class occupancy is monitored constantly, and if you try to add too many students, the system blocks it.
