Calendar

Dates that live on separate pages are gathered in a single calendar. Overlapping days and busy weeks are easy to spot at a glance.

• In the monthly view, each day shows its own records. On crowded days, "+N more" opens the full list.
• Layers can be turned on and off one by one: events, exams, homework, meetings, announcements, surveys and holidays.
• Student, instructor and parent birthdays are a separate layer. Age is shown too.
• You can click a day to add an event, meeting, exam, homework, announcement or survey.
• Clicking a record opens that record's page.
• Only people with permission see each layer. An instructor sees the exams and homework of their own courses.

1. Open the calendar and pick the month.
2. Check the layers you want to see, for example exams, homework and birthdays.
3. Click a day to add a new record, or open an existing one.
