Parent Portal

Parents log in with their own username and password. On the home page, each linked child has their own card, with name, school number, class, class teacher and the guidance teacher's phone. The principal's and vice principal's names, roles and contact details are also shown here.

A parent with two children switches between them using the tabs at the top or the selector on the card. Pages such as My Courses, My Exams and My Attendance open for the selected child.

What's on the pages

• Timetable, courses and exam results. Upcoming exams and the grade chart are also shown.
• Whether homework was done, and the score.
• Present, absent, late and excused counts by course.
• For tuition fees, the total, paid and remaining amounts, and installments.
• Documents published by the institution can be downloaded. Positive and negative behavior records are visible.
• Announcements and events opened to the parent or their child's class arrive with a read badge.
• In surveys, an option is voted on. The vote can be changed until the end date.
• Messages with a subject line can be written to teachers and school management. Replies are tracked with the badge in the menu.

The institution creates the parent account and links the parent to their student. Parents log in at /veli or from their own login screen.

For institutions that want to stay in regular contact with parents. Parents reach the information without asking, which reduces the load of giving information by phone and in person. Parents see only their own child's information.
